Return & Exchange Policy
Out To Be Known (OTBK) wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).

Sale items, limited drops, and accessories (hats, socks, stickers) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color if stock is available.

If your preferred item is sold out, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notification.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@outtobeknown.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover shipping and send a replacement ASAP.
