Return & Exchange Policy

Out To Be Known (OTBK) wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).

  • Sale items, limited drops, and accessories (hats, socks, stickers) are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color if stock is available.

  • If your preferred item is sold out, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notification.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@outtobeknown.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover shipping and send a replacement ASAP.
